• Service Provision Agreement:

The customer seeks access to the Medical Record Review Services, Case Drive, and various affiliate tools. LezDo TechMed agrees to furnish these services in accordance with the provisions detailed in this agreement.

• Website Usage Terms:

The website of LezDo TechMed LLC, accessible at https://www.lezdotechmed.com, is the property of LezDo TechMed LLC and is protected by copyright. The website may include additional guidelines, terms, or rules applicable to specific features, all of which are incorporated into these primary terms.

• Compliance with Terms:

Users agree to comply with these terms upon logging into the site and confirm that they have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this agreement. Users must be at least 18 years old to access the site. Users who do not agree with these terms are prohibited from using the site.

• Access and License:

LezDo TechMed grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access the site solely for personal, noncommercial use under the stipulated conditions.

• User Restrictions:

• Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability:

The website is provided “as-is” without any warranty of any kind. LezDo TechMed disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. The company’s liability in connection with the site, regardless of the form of action, is limited to fifty U.S. dollars (U.S. $50). • Terms Modification and Termination:

LezDo TechMed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the website or services without notice. Users agree that LezDo TechMed will not be liable for any changes, suspension, or termination of the website or any part thereof.
